Attention: Any kind of design will be embroidered after you place your order. This means that it can take up to 1-5 days of embroidery time + shipping time until you receive your package.
Please also note that we cannot offer all possible variaties here. Contact us for special requests like different design sizes, different positions, embroideries on both sides (the front and the back), different colors, different orientations (angle), text, numbers, etc. The waiting time will depend on the number of incoming requests, but we will get back to you as soon as possible. We therefore ask for your understanding.

– Do not wash with other garments that have a zipper or similar
– Before washing, embroidered textiles should always be turned inside out.
– Do not use detergents with bleach or optical brighteners
– Please do not put in the dryer. The embroidery itself is dimensionally
stable, but the textile area inside or around the embroidery can
shrink differently in the dryer than the rest of the textile and may cause waves.
– It is best to let the clothes air dry.
– Basically, the embroidered surface should not be ironed. However, if this cannot
be avoided, it is advisable to iron from the reverse.
